Important Term Dates – 2024

Below are the important dates for the term. These include competitions, make up schedule (including rain make up days) as well as the last day for priority re-enrolment. Please note: Our classes are based off the public school term dates.

Term 3: Mon 22nd July – Sun 29th Sept
Term 4: Mon 14th Oct – Sun 22nd Dec

Class Re-Enrolment
At KWTA we want to make sure you don’t lose your space in your current class. We have a strict re-enrolment policy that allows for current students to take priority in securing a spot into the following term’s class.

However, once that grace period runs out we open up all classes for new students and change-of-day students. For this reason it is advisable to make sure that you re-enrol for your class so that you don’t lose your spot.

Timeline

  • Week 1

    Classes commence. No enrolments can be taken without payment

  • Week 2

    Hot Shots Saturday Competitions Commence

  • Week 3

    Make Ups for injury or illness can now be arranged on a space available basis. (No make ups can occur in weeks 1 & 2)

  • Week 5

    The first rain make up will be completed on the Sunday. Click for details
    Next term’s enrolments opens for current students

  • Week 7

    Enrolments for the next term are now available for new students and change-of-day-students.

  • Week 9

    The second rain make up will be completed on the Sunday. Click for details

  • Holiday Camps

    During the holidays we run Holiday and Tournament Tough Camps for students looking to continue their tennis.
